Commissions and Fees
Don't be caught off guard by real estate agent fees! A real estate agent can take upwards of 6% away from the total price of the home. If you're selling a property for $100,000, that's already $6,000 that you will not be taking home!
Inspections
Transactions through agents typically require inspections and appraisals. Inspections can typically lead to agents requesting repairs before closing. This is even more money out of your pocket. Sometimes resulting in thousands of dollars off the final sale price.
Cleaning & Repairs
Most agents will require the house to be clean and empty before it's ready to sell. Then once it's empty, there may be repair requests (see Inspections above). We don't require you to clean the house and are willing to take it as is. We'll take care of the heavy lifting (literally!).
The Quick Math
Review the table below to see how using an agent could cost you up to $10,000!
